Are Izwa Collections suits stitched or unstitched?

Our current collection is supplied unstitched. Check each product page for the shirt, trouser, dupatta or shawl fabric and any separate embroidery pieces included. Tailoring is not included.

What is the difference between a 2-piece and a 3-piece suit?

A 2-piece set includes shirt and trouser fabric. A 3-piece set also includes a dupatta or shawl, as specified in the listing. Some shawls and dupattas have finished edges while the shirt and trouser remain unstitched.

How do I choose the correct design or colour?

Select the design option on the product page and review its photographs before adding it to your cart. Colours can appear slightly different with lighting and screen settings. If you need help matching a design, message us on WhatsApp.

Where does Izwa Collections deliver, and how much is delivery?

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery costs Rs. 250 and takes an estimated 4–6 working days.

How do I pay by cash on delivery?

Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) in checkout and pay the order total to the courier when your parcel arrives. The total is your item subtotal plus Rs. 250 delivery. There is no additional COD service fee or required partial advance.

Can I pay the full amount in advance?

Yes. Select Advance Payment — Easypaisa / NayaPay / SadaPay at checkout and follow the payment instructions. Pay the full order total, including Rs. 250 delivery. Contact our team with your order number for payment confirmation.

Can I return or exchange an article?

We offer a 15-day return and exchange window. Contact our team with your order details for return instructions and the address for your request.
